SuperNova (“the Company”) provides professional digital marketing, web development, web design, logo creation, SEO, and PPC services. By engaging with our services, clients agree to the following terms and conditions in accordance with Irish law:
SuperNova applies industry-standard strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes. However, due to factors outside our control (including search engine algorithm changes and market conditions), specific results such as website rankings, traffic levels, or conversions cannot be guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted under the Laws of Ireland, SuperNova shall not be liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss, downtime, or business interruption.
Clients agree to provide accurate and lawful materials and information required for the completion of projects. SuperNova shall not be responsible for any delays, errors, or adverse results caused by client-provided content or lack of cooperation.
All designs, code, and creative assets produced by SuperNova remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
All services are provided in accordance with Irish and EU data protection and advertising laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Misuse of our services for illegal or unethical activities is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of service and legal action.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
